When is your peak season, and when do you use the forklifts most?
“We use them all year, but harvest starts kicking in around the first of August. Then it doesn’t stop until probably February. We use the forklift to move everything, and we have rotators on them to transfer wine from tank to tank. It’s constant until almost the end of winter.”
Do you ever feel like you would need extra equipment during that time?
“We’ve talked about renting an additional [forklift], but at this point, we’re at a stage where it probably makes sense to just buy another piece of equipment.”
What’s one of the benefits of working with MS Equipment?
“I really appreciate MS because they’re very helpful over the phone. I can save hours with somebody sending me a part and doing it myself, and Kevin’s always really good about that.”
What would you say if you were recommending MS Equipment to another company?
“Great customer service. Always responsive and always very helpful, whereas a lot of companies, especially the corporate ones…will insist on sending somebody out…and then they charge accordingly after that. I would recommend them to anybody.”
